Who qualifies for a Military Appreciation Package account?

  • All active and reserve Hawaii, Guam, and CNMI military personnel in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard or National Guard. 
  • Military retirees and civilian employees working on local military bases also qualify
  • Customer need only present his/ her military identification card upon account sign-up
