    Disclosures

    1. Business Priority Banking discounts and benefits cannot be combined with another promotional offer, program, or discount unless stated otherwise.
    2. Accounts with a zero balance for 30 consecutive days will be closed automatically. Account Closing Fee of $75 will apply if a Business Priority Checking Account is closed or converted to a corresponding checking account (not a Business Priority Banking Checking Account) within 180 days of opening.
    3. Your combined balance for your Business Priority Banking Plan is calculated by adding the balance of your Business Priority Banking Account and qualifying balances from all Associated Accounts. An Associated Account is an account that is eligible to be associated with your Business Priority Banking Account.  Eligible types of accounts that you own directly (i.e., not through a subsidiary, affiliate, or other related entity) will be automatically classified as an Associated Account. Please see the Business Priority Banking Plan Addendum (the “Addendum”) for additional details about Associated Accounts and how your combined balance is calculated.
    4. A per item fee is charged for each check written and deposit ticket submitted.
    5. FHB Online Business Basic includes basic online banking features, such as eStatements, transfers and mobile check deposit, and is free to business customers. FHB Online Business Banking includes basic features as well as Online Bill Pay, Zelle® and Entitlements. FHB Online Business Banking is free for Business Priority Banking customers, a fee is assessed for all other business customers. Fee waivers are applied on the first business day of the month. For Priority Banking fee waivers, you must have had an open Priority Banking checking account as of the last business day of the preceding month. See FHB Online Terms and Conditions for information about FHB Online services and fees.
    6. To receive the benefit you must be a Business Priority Banking Platinum Checking Account customer at the time of order. The benefit applies to your Business Priority Banking Platinum Checking Account only.
    7. To receive the discount you must be a Business Priority Banking Platinum Checking Account customer at the time of rental or at the time of each annual renewal. The annual rent must be prepaid and automatically deducted from a First Hawaiian Bank account. Subject to box availability. Limit of one safe deposit box ("SDB") per Business Priority Banking Checking Account. You must be an owner of the SDB. The SDB contents are not insured by First Hawaiian Bank, the FDIC, or any other government agency. For existing SDB customers, the discount will not be prorated and will apply upon the next billing.
    8. The monthly service charge will be automatically waived for one MaxiMizer account that is an Associated Account.
    9. If you have a qualifying BFL account with us, you will not be charged the annual fee for the Business FirstLine term. Subject to credit approval. The new BFL must qualify as an Associated Account. Valid only if you and we agree to these terms in writing as part of your BFL agreement(s), and continue so long as you maintain your Business Priority Banking Platinum Checking Account and eligible BFL account in good standing with us. The annual fee waiver cannot be combined with another promotional offer, program, or discount unless stated otherwise.
    10. To receive the preferred rate you must be a Business Priority Banking Platinum Checking Account customer at the time of account opening or at the time of each renewal. A new CD must qualify as an Associated Account. For existing CD customers, the preferred rate will apply upon the next renewal for any CD that is an Associated Account.  Any new or existing CD must not have a balance greater than $250,000 and must not have a term less than 30 days.
