Priority Rewards Business Credit Card

1. You will not earn CashPoints for cash advances, balance transfers, convenience checks, ATM withdrawals, PIN transactions, money transfers (including P2P payments), quasi cash transactions (including purchases of traveler’s checks, money orders, foreign currencies and cryptocurrencies), lease and loan payments, truck stop transactions, tax payments, gambling transactions, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, finance charges and other card-related fees. CashPoints have no cash value except as described in the Priority Rewards Business Program Agreement. First Hawaiian Bank Reserves the right to cancel or change the Program at any time without prior notice. 2. Subject to credit approval. Earn 3x CashPoints per $1 spent on office supplies and 1x CashPoint per $1 spent on all other qualifying purchases. Purchases made at department stores, superstores, discount stores, warehouse clubs, and gas purchases made outside of automotive gas stations are not eligible to earn CashPoints. Questions as to what constitutes a qualifying purchase, as well as any exception, are at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to verify and adjust CashPoints at any time without notice.
3. If you applied for an unsecured Business Credit Card by 9/30/24 and are approved, receive a $200 statement credit when you open a Business Priority Banking Gold or Platinum or Analyzed Regular Checking Account or receive a $100 statement credit when you open a Business Regular, Business Free, or Non-Profit Free Checking Account. The new business checking account and Credit Card must be open and in good standing as of  12/31/24 to receive the respective $200 or $100 statement credit. The statement credit of $200 or $100 will post to your Business Credit Card primary account by 3/31/25. Only one statement credit per business is applicable with this offer, based on the Business Federal Tax ID or Employer Identification Number. This offer cannot be combined with any other deposit offer. The $200 or $100 statement credit may be reportable as taxable income. 
4. The minimum deposit to open a business checking account is $100. Accounts with a zero balance for 30 consecutive days will be closed automatically. Account Closing Fee of $75 will apply if a Business Priority Banking Checking Account is closed or converted to a corresponding checking account (not a Business Priority Banking Checking Account) within 180 days of opening and a $50 fee will apply for all other business checking accounts closed within 180 days of opening.
