First Hawaiian Bank Announces Three Promotions
HONOLULU, March 3, 2022 – Today, First Hawaiian Bank announced the advancement of three individuals. Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Bob Harrison is pleased to congratulate the following bank officers on their hard work and well-deserved promotions:
Bard Peterson, Senior Vice President and Market Manager, Commercial Banking Group. First Hawaiian Bank has promoted Bard Peterson to senior vice president and market manager in the Commercial Banking Group. He ensures his Maui-based team provides financial advice to potential and existing commercial customers so they have the necessary tools and resources to achieve their financial goals. Peterson’s group of commercial bankers also refer clients to specialized areas of the bank including cash management, wealth management, estate and succession planning and employee benefits.
Lisa Tomihama, Senior Vice President and Retail Banking Region Manager, Maui Region Office. Lisa Tomihama has been promoted to senior vice president and retail banking region manager in First Hawaiian Bank’s Maui Region Office. She is responsible for the daily operations of the bank’s Maui and Lanai branches, and oversees a team of bankers who assist both consumer and business clientele with their financial needs. Tomihama has over 33 years of financial services and private industry experience and was previously senior vice president and commercial banking regional manager on Oahu.
Thomas Ishida, Vice President and Commercial Banking Officer, Commercial Banking Group. First Hawaiian Bank has appointed Thomas Ishida to vice president and commercial banking officer in the Commercial Banking Group. He is responsible for new business development and providing customers with the right contacts and financial tools within the bank to help them effectively manage their financial portfolio. Ishida has over 16 years of commercial banking experience.
