Customers can manage their rewards by using FHB Online Banking[[#1]]. Eligible cards include Priority Destinations®, Priority RewardsSM, and Priority Unlimited® credit card — including personal and business cards.

Business cardholders must have FHB Online Business Banking[[#2]] to grant additional cardholders access to manage credit card rewards online.

Priority Destinations Business and Priority Reward Business customers who have a designated Program Administrator will need the 4 digit PassCode created at time of account application to manage credit card rewards online.

FAQs

    I have a Priority Rewards, Priority Destinations or Priority Unlimited credit card, but I do not see the button to redeem my rewards.

    The button appears for eligible, open accounts in good standing. For FHB Online Business Banking users, proper entitlements are required. If the button is missing and you believe it should appear, contact FHB Customer Service daily from 7AM–7PM HST at (808) 844-4444 or (888) 844-4444 (toll-free). 

      Can FHB Online Business Banking sub-users customers manage rewards?

      Yes. A Primary User may grant access to manage rewards to sub-users. Learn more about user entitlements.

        If I do not have FHB Online Banking, can I still redeem my rewards?

        Yes, you can also redeem your rewards by calling the Redemption Center phone number on the back of your card. 

          What happened to the other rewards site?

          You are now only able to use FHB Online Banking to redeem your rewards online.

Basic online banking services including, account aggregation (connecting non-FHB accounts), transfers, mobile check deposit, eStatements, Zelle® and Direct Connect are free for personal customers. Additional fees are charged for optional services such as Online Bill Pay. See FHB Online Terms and Conditions for additional information about FHB Online services and fees.
            2. Enroll in either FHB Online Business Basic or FHB Online Business Banking. FHB Online Business Basic includes basic online banking features, such as eStatements, transfers and mobile check deposit, and is free to business customers. FHB Online Business Banking includes basic features as well as Online Bill Pay, Zelle® and Entitlements. FHB Online Business Banking is free for Business Priority Banking customers and is $5.99 per month for all other business customers. Fee waivers are applied on the first business day of the month.
