Priority Destinations[[®]] World Elite Credit Card

1. Travel and booking are subject to availability. Airline tickets are subject to a non-refundable ticketing fee. 
2. You will not earn Priority Miles for cash advances, balance transfers, convenience checks, ATM withdrawals, PIN transactions, money transfers (including P2P payments), quasi cash transactions (including purchases of traveler’s checks, money orders, foreign currencies and cryptocurrencies), lease and loan payments, truck stop transactions, tax payments, gambling transactions, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, finance charges and other card-related fees. Priority Miles have no cash value except as described in the Priority Destinations World Elite Program Agreement. First Hawaiian Bank Reserves the right to cancel or change the Program at any time without prior notice. 3. Subject to credit approval. Apply for the personal Priority Destinations World Elite credit card and, if you’re approved, earn 30,000 bonus Priority Miles with $1,500 spend within the first 3 months after account opening. Your account opening date is noted on your approval letter. You’ll also earn 5x Priority Miles per $1 spent on net qualifying travel purchases for the first $6,000 per calendar year and 2x Priority Miles per $1 spent on travel purchases thereafter. Also, earn 2x Priority Miles per $1 spent on everyday purchases (gas, groceries, cable TV, phone, and other monthly utilities) and 1x Priority Mile per $1 spent on all other net qualifying purchases. Purchases made at department stores, superstores, discount stores, warehouse clubs, and gas purchases made outside of automotive gas stations are not eligible to earn 2x Priority Miles.

4. If you applied for an unsecured Personal Credit Card by 8/31/24 and are approved, receive a $100 statement credit when you either (1) open or (2) upgrade to a Personal Priority Banking Gold or Platinum Checking Account or receive a $50 statement credit when you open a new Pure Checking Account. The checking account and Personal Credit Card must be open and in good standing as of 10/31/24 to receive the respective $100 or $50 statement credit. The statement credit of $100 or $50 will post to your Personal Credit Card by 12/31/24. Only one statement credit is applicable with this offer. The $100 or $50 statement credit may be reportable as taxable income.

5. The minimum opening deposit for a personal checking account is $20. A checking account with a zero balance for 30 consecutive days will be closed automatically. Annual Percentage Yield (“APY”) is accurate as of 05/24/24. APY for a Personal Priority Banking Platinum Checking Account is 0.02% for a daily balance less than $2,500 and 0.02% for a daily balance of $2,500 or more. The rates may change after the checking account is opened. Fees may reduce earnings on the checking account. Account Closing Fee of $75 may be assessed if a Priority Banking Checking Account is closed or converted to a corresponding checking account (not a Priority Banking Checking Account) within 180 days of opening and a $50 fee will apply for a Pure Checking Account closed within 180 days of opening. For other fees that may be assessed, refer to the Important Terms and Conditions and Schedule of Charges provided during the account opening. Must be at least 14 years of age to open a checking account. For customers under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present at the time of account opening. The offer is not combinable with any other deposit offer and is limited to one per customer and account.
