Delete a Connection to an External Financial Institution

You can delete a connection with an external financial institution if you no longer want to connect your accounts. Deleting the connection to an external institution will delete all accounts and transactions association with that financial institution. 

If you only want to delete an individual account from an external financial institution, please review how to hide an account from being displayed instead. 


Delete an External Connection
  1. From the main dashboard, tap View All Accounts at the bottom of the Accounts section
  2. Tap the Connections tab at the top
  3. Tap the external financial institution that you want to delete
  4. Tap the Delete Institution option
  5. A pop-up message will appear to confirm you do want to delete the connection
  6. Tap Delete

If you create a new subcategory by mistake, or want to delete a previously created subcategory, you can do so at any time. If you have any transactions assigned to this subcategory, you will need to select a new category to assign those transactions to.
