First Hawaiian Announces Two Promotions, One New Hire
HONOLULU, August 14, 2020 – Today, First Hawaiian Bank announced two promotions and the addition of one to the FHB ohana. Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Bob Harrison is pleased to congratulate the following First Hawaiian Bank employees:
- Brian Brennan, vice president & commercial real estate officer, Commercial Real Estate Division.
Brian Brennan joins First Hawaiian Bank as vice president and commercial real estate officer in the Commercial Real Estate Division. Brennan is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and managing a portfolio of the Bank’s commercial real estate loans in Hawaii and the U.S. Mainland. He has 20 years of banking and commercial real estate experience in both the Hawaii and various mainland markets. Brennan is a Pacific Coast Banking School graduate and a member of the Urban Land Institute in Hawaii. - Isaiah Caycayon, mortgage loan officer, Mortgage Banking Department
Isaiah has been promoted to mortgage loan officer in First Hawaiian Bank’s Mortgage Banking Department. Caycayon helps customers on Kauai navigate through the different loan options and assists them in acquiring the funding needed to purchase, build or renovate their property. Caycayon joined First Hawaiian in 2012, and previously served as a personal banking officer at the Lihue Banking Center and Princeville Branch. He is a graduate of the Bank’s Emerging Leaders Program. - Natalie Werts, assistant vice president and Mililani Banking Center manager
First Hawaiian Bank has named Natalie Werts assistant vice president and Mililani Banking Center manager. Werts is responsible for branch operations, client relationship management and business development. She has 15 years of financial services experience in banking and residential lending and was most recently the Pearl City Branch manager. Werts previously served as sales manager in the Sales, Service & Retail Training Division and personal banker at Kahului and Pearlridge Branches.
