First Hawaiian Bank Launches New Priority Unlimited Credit Card Providing Unmatched Value with Unlimited 2% Cash Back on Purchases
Honolulu, August 25, 2022 - First Hawaiian Bank (FHB) today announced the launch of its new Priority Unlimited Credit Card. Cardholders can earn 2% cash back on their purchases with no tiers, no categories, and no limits, providing both unmatched value and ease of use not seen with other credit cards. Starting Sept. 1, 2022, this will be the sixth consumer card available from FHB, continuing its streak of being the only local bank to issue and provide support to cardholders in-market.
“With the flexibility, simplicity and the unmatched value of our new Priority Unlimited Credit Card, cardholders will have the perfect card to maximize their savings on purchases large or small,” said First Hawaiian Bank Chairman, President and CEO Bob Harrison. “As Hawaii’s only card-issuing financial institution, we further our mission of providing the service, value and the savings that consumers have come to expect from Hawaii’s #1 bank.”
While the barrage of credit cards on the market today feature high levels of complexity to qualify for and redeem cash back, the Priority Unlimited Credit Card offers simplicity and flexibility. With no tiers, no categories, no limits, and no changing opt-ins rotating throughout the year, consumers can maximize the value of the Priority Unlimited Credit Card by earning cash back on everything purchased, every time.
The card offers all cardholders 1.5% cash back and 2% cash back for FHB customers with a qualifying account. Simply put, if you have or open a qualifying account such as a checking or savings account with First Hawaiian Bank you will receive 2% cash back on your purchases with the Priority Unlimited credit card. Issued by FHB, Hawaii’s only local credit card issuing bank, the Priority Unlimited Credit Card provides consumers with the comfort of knowing that a Hawaii representative is nearby to help, as FHB has direct access to provide customer service instead of going through a national or international banking partner.
“It’s the epitome of local service and understanding that the community trusts from a local provider,” Harrison added.
