[[1]] Entitlements - This service allows you to create sub-users and grant restricted FHB Online access to each account at the level of your choosing (No Access, View Access or Full Access) and is included at no additional charge (up to 2 sub-users). This feature must be enabled on your FHB Online Business account prior to setting up sub-user access. Visit fhb.com/entitlements to learn what features sub-users are able to access. (To enable Entitlements in the future, you can submit a request via FHB Online Secure Message.) 

[[2]] FHB Online Business Basic: Free for business customers. If you choose to enroll for Online Bill Pay, Popmoney or Entitlements in the future, you will automatically be upgraded to FHB Online Business Banking. Direct Connect access via Quicken or Quickbooks: $14.95/month that the service is used (Priority Banking waivers not applicable).

[[3]] FHB Online Business Banking: Free for Business Priority Banking 1, 2, & 3 and $5.99/month for all other business checking customers. If you have chosen to enable Entitlements, your FHB Online account includes up to 2 sub-users without charge. If you wish to add more sub-users, you will be charged $1 per sub-user per month. Direct Connect access via Quicken or Quickbooks: $14.95/month that the service is used (Fee is inclusive of FHB Online Business Banking service fee. Priority Banking waivers not applicable.)

Your Username is used each time you log in to FHB Online & Mobile Banking and must be unique for each customer. Please provide three preferred usernames below. If we are unable to use any of your username choices, we will provide one for you. Your Username must be between 6 and 20 characters, starting with a letter and comprised of only letters and numbers. No spaces, special characters, or punctuation allowed.

eStatements[[SM]]

    FHB Online

    Click on "Statements" then select "View Statements". Select the account and the month of the statement you would like to view, then click the "View and print document" button. We also recommend that you disable any pop-up blocking software enabled on your web browser.

    FHB Mobile

    You must first be enrolled for eStatements in FHB Online Banking under Statements > Preferences, before you are able to view eStatements in the FHB Mobile app.

      Yes. Each time a new statement is available, you will be sent an email notification to the email address in your Online Banking profile. Should your email address change, please update your information by going to "Settings" then "Profile".

        Statements are available online from 2022 onward and will be stored for up to seven years. Paper copies of older statements can be requested by sending us a secure message with the subject “Statement Copy Request”.

          Statements are generally available for viewing 48 hours after the statement cut-off date (please allow additional time for weekends and holidays). If it's within 48 hours from the statement cut-off date, please contact customer service at 888-844-4444 for assistance. Or, if you have a combined statement, like with the paper statement, all combined account information will show up on a single statement listed under the primary account number (not under each individual account number).

          Please note that for credit cards, you may not have a statement if your balance is zero and there were no transactions during the billing period.

          Login & Troubleshooting

            FHB Online uses several methods to protect your accounts. Techniques we use include stringent password requirements, and two-step authentication.

            Passwords – Passwords must be a minimum of 9 characters and a maximum of 32 characters. We require at least one upper-case and lower-case letter and one number. Certain special characters are allowed but not required.

            Secure Access Code (SAC) is a method we use to verify your identity once you have provided your login credentials. Our system will ask to send a Secure Access Code to your phone number or email address on your profile and you will need to enter this code in order to proceed.

              To access your accounts and pay bills through FHB Online, you must use a browser that supports 128-bit encryption security. Additionally, certain features of FHB Online are best experienced with the latest versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, FireFox or Safari.

                Once logged into FHB Online, go to “Settings” then click on "Security Preferences" and "Secure Delivery". You are able to add multiple phone numbers and email addresses that can be used to verify your identity when logging in.  

                  Yes. You can access FHB Online from any computer. Remember to always logout when you are done using the service and never to share your username or password with anyone.

                  Small Business Entitlements

                    No. We recommend that primary users review their list of active sub-users throughout the year to ensure the information is up to date.

                       Login to FHB Online and click on "Settings" then "Manage Users". Click the pencil icon next to the user's name then click the "Delete" button. Once a user has been deleted, it cannot be undone. For detailed information on how to manage user access view our Entitlements User Guide.

                      Quicken[[®]] & QuickBooks[[®]]

                        Yes. You can export your transaction information directly from FHB Online into Quicken or QuickBooks. See below for instructions.

                        Click on an account, then on the Transactions tab click the "Export" icon. A dropdown menu will appear with the option to download your transactions to a Quicken (qfx) or QuickBooks (qbo) file.

                        Thank you for your interest in enrolling for FHB Online

                        This form is intended for personal customers who are not able to enroll online. If you have an FHB personal checking account or only have a credit card account, and you have a Personal Identification Number (PIN) and a social security number, click here to enroll.

                        If you do not have the above, here are the steps you'll need to complete:

                        1. Complete the enrollment form.
                        2. Click "Next" to review your information.
                        3. Print and sign the enrollment form.
                        4. Mail to:

                        And what happens next:

                        1. Once your enrollment form is processed you will be mailed a username and password to your address on file.
                        Please provide the address that your statements are mailed to.

                        FHB Online without Bill Payment is free, and allows you to view account balances and transactions (for certain accounts) and transfer funds between your First Hawaiian Accounts.

                        FHB Online with Bill Payment is free for the first 2 months. After the free period, Bill Payment is $5.99 per month. Please note, you MUST have a checking account for the Bill Payment service. To sign up for Bill Payment, log in to FHB Online and click on the Pay Bills link.
