Modern User Interface

A refreshed design to our Bill Pay software, for both FHB Online Banking and the FHB Mobile app, brings a modern approach.

Save Time with Multipay[[#2]]

Multipay allows you to pay multiple billers at the same time. Check the boxes next to your billers to select how many you want to pay at one time.

Improved Clarity

The new view prioritizes unpaid, upcoming bills to help you stay on top of payments. Also, upon bill payment confirmation it will now specify if the payment is sent electronically or by check via mail.

    With the new update, the Bill pay message center will no longer be available. If you have any Bill Pay inquiries, please send us a secure message in FHB Online.

      Recent activity will display the last 14 days. To see all bill payments within the last 6 months, use the ‘Activity’ tab.

        1. Personal customers enrolling for Online Bill Pay may incur additional fees. To unenroll from the Bill Pay service, personal customers can login to FHB Online and go to Settings then "Unenroll from Bill Pay". FHB Online Business Banking is required for business customers to use Online Bill Pay. See Terms and Conditions of FHB Online Services for details.
        2. The availability of Multipay is dependent of the resolution of your screen. Multipay will appear on desktop versions of Bill Pay and landscape-oriented tablets. Multipay will not be available on mobile phones.
