If your card is ever lost or stolen, please contact us immediately through our 24 hour customer service line at (808) 847-4444 on Oahu, or toll free at 1 (800) 342-2778. This will prevent further transactions from being authorized on your card.
Your credit card expires on the last day of the month indicated on your credit card. Normally, replacement credit cards are sent during the month prior to the expiration date of your card. If your current card has expired and you did not receive your replacement, please contact us immediately by calling the number on the back of your card or on your statement.
